As of yesterday, yours truly was accepted to the Great Global Hackerspace Challenge! Participating as one of thirty hakerspaces on the PLANET, we are proposing to make a DIY laser tag kit that will have a very educational spin and we hope to get younger folks, or anyone, really, interested in technology.
Just an update. We will be setting up a separate blog to track our progress and we’ll let you know what that is once it’s set up!

When are the how to nights? whats your phone number

We don’t have a single phone number as we are a group of folks (20+ to be specific), but our open hack nights are every Thursday.

I’ll be in town from the 18th until the 24th and would like to visit. I’m from NY and frequent hackerspaces here (alphaonelabs). Sent an email to info@omnicorpdetroit.com but got no response. Would really like to know what is going on for that time and if I could simply visit.
